Conditions

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (30 days from the date of delivery). All returns are free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

• The merchandise you want to return was purchased from Raqueldiniz.it

• Your return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery

• The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or altered

• The item has not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. 

• The item must be shipped with tags, and its original packaging. 

• Any additional accessories/materials  is returned along with the item

• The return shipment takes place within 14 days from the date the return is authorized

• The return is shipped with the DHL return label provided by our costumer care

• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased

•You are able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase


If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Additionally, RAQUEL DINIZ cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.

 

Return process

 1 • Within 30 days from the date of delivery, you can start a return request  by sending an email to shop@raqueldiniz.it with:

. Your order number

. The description of the item you wish to return (code, color, size)

. The reason why you want to return the item

 2 •  If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as  detailed instructions on how to proceed

 3 • Pack the item in the original box

 Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 You can always contact us for any return question at shop@raqueldiniz.it.

 Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 14 business days for processing your return.

You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund has been issued.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.

 Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded.

We can return these items in their current state upon request.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping. Also, please ensure you get proof of the return (a receipt) in case you need to contact us about your return.
