Our ecommerce ships worldwide.



All orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM CET, excluding weekends and Italian bank holidays. It takes 1 to 3 business days to process an order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.



Shipping charges depend on the delivery address (from 9.99 € to a maximum of 35 €). We partner with DHL to provide you with constant service and updates. 

The lead time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, PayPal.


Taxes and duties

Our warehouse is located in Italy. For all orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.

We cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Raquel Diniz takes no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
